Just a few steps off the elevator and you will be in unit 907 where you will have direct, unobstructed views of the ocean from your living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony, and hallway. The view gives the feeling of being on top of the water. This unit sleeps six with one queen-bed and one full-bed in the bedroom and a sleep-sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a half-bath and there is also a full-bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The unit has undergone a complete renovation with numerous upgrades including new kitchen cabinets, new countertop, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator as well as new air conditioning units. There is a fifty-seven inch flat screen HD cable television in the living room. The unit is WiFi/internet ready and has Amazon Prime and Netflix so you can log-in and watch your favorite shows. This condo also has a high capacity full size washer and dryer ( not a stacked type unit). Most of the furnishings are also new. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and can opener. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are provided. Living room lamps have USB ports as does an electrical outlet in the kitchen for your charging needs. The unit has an iron and ironing board. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
