FAQs

Bed linen and towel packages are included with each booking.  You will need to bring paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) and toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.).

The kitchen will be equipped with the items that were listed on the property listing when you booked the property.  We suggest that you bring and special items (condiments, etc.) that you like,

Billing

50% of the reservation will be due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Linens and Towels

Yes, the booking includes a linen package with complete sheet and towel sets for the property.

Property Access

Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 10:00 am.

All of our properties are equipped with electronic locks.  You will be provided a unique access code several days prior to your arrival date.  Upon your arrival, you can do directly to your property and access it anytime after the 3:00 pm check-in time.
