Description Description
Two bedroom direct oceanfront condo with amazing views in the popular Century One building. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and a large living area. The living area features a comfortably furnished living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a good-sized furnished balcony located off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an adjacent full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and an adjacent full-bathroom. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows that offer nice views of the bay and sunsets. This condo has been nicely updated throughout and is in good condition. Building amenities include onsite parking, an indoor pool, fitness center, multiple elevators, oceanfront sundeck and direct beach access. Building Registration Fee of $35 must be paid to the building managers office upon arrival. Shopping, restaurants, parks, coffee shops and more are all within walking distance. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. This condo is located on the 19th floor.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Very nice place. Clean and updated. Fabulous views. The place overall was great for us. Would stay here again. I did think it was a little pricey, but we stayed over a holiday weekend. A couple of things to consider: The bathrooms are small, but that’s because this is just an older place. There is one cargo elevator, so depending on timing you may be spending more time trying to catch the elevator than packing up. Be early…

Great place to stay! Close to everything but yet far enough away from the Ocm rush. Very clean, easy access to the beach and the beach bar next door, which was a great place to have some drinks and food without having to travel. The room only slept 5 and when booking I was told it slept 6, and the elevator access was a pain with luggage carts. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location, but definitely is a rental. Listing says king and queen size beds. The queen is actually a full size, but sheets were provided. I believe the queen is the pull out sofa in the room with the full size bed. Overall easy check in process. Parking was 50 they only take cash on site no cards accepted.
