The living area features the living room with a sleep sofa and floor to ceiling glass, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large, private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and television. There is a sunroom in the rear of the condo that features a sleep sofa and nice views of the bay and awesome sunsets. Please note, there is no AC in this sunroom, so the door to the living area would need to remain open to benefit from the condo's AC system. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, oceanfront sun deck, onsite parking, outside shower, easy beach access and elevators. Shopping, restaurants and more are all a short walk away.
