Three Bedroom Oceanfront Condo on the Boardwalk

Direct oceanfront three bedroom, two full-bathroom condo on the famous Ocean City boardwalk. The living area features a large living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The end-unit location lets in a lot of natural light for an open feel. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds which include a trundle. There is a rollaway single bed as well. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible. The condo was recently renovated and is in very good condition. Building amenities include an oceanfront deck, elevator, outside shower and designated parking space. The building’s prime location is close to everything Ocean City has to offer. Step right out onto the beach and walk to the Pier, Trimper’s and all of the other amusements at the southern end of the boardwalk. Restaurants, shopping, water sports, coffee shops and more are also close by. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Guests will need to sign the Coastal Life Vacations Lodging Agreement after booking to confirm reservation. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
