End-unit with extra windows offers lots of natural light and an airy feel. The open living area features the living room and fully-equipped kitchen with a large seating counter. There is a large balcony off of the living area equipped with living and dining furniture that is a great place to relax and unwind. The condo has been well maintained and is in good condition. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom features a pyramid bunk and a television. There is a centrally located second full-bathroom that is easily accessible from throughout the condo. The building is within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, amusements and more. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Best family vacation ever!
My family and I rented this condo and had the best time here. It was clean, had plenty of linens, towels and was extremely comfortable. The condo is conveniently located a half block away from the beach and is close to several shops, restaurants and other activities. The property manager company is very responsive and professional. All the appliances are in good condition and work great. We had no issues during our stay and were sad to leave. We had such a great experience that we want to book this condo every year for our annual trip.
