Large, well-appointed Ocean City townhome that is close to everything, yet situated in a quiet, laid-back location. Home features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and plenty of living space. The large living room features vaulted ceilings, lots of nice natural light, built-in bluetooth enabled speakers and a sleep-sofa. There are multiple balconies throughout the home that are great places to relax and unwind after a long day in the sun and sand. The fully-equipped kitchen, multiple dining areas and half-bath are adjacent to the living room. This home is well-appointed throughout and in excellent condition. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a full sized bed and television. The third bedroom features full sized bunk-beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible. The fourth bedroom features a full sized bed and television. The garage provides parking for two cars and a ping-pong table. A third vehicle may be able to fit in the garage if the ping pong table is folded up and placed away along the side. Great location that is just steps away from the ever-popular Reel Inn Bar and Grill and a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, amusements, water sports and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Great location & a lot of space for a large group! We were able to walk to many places.

The location was great and the house looked just like the pictures, which we appreciated. However, there were several areas for improvement. The kitchen lacked some basic essentials like a toaster, and the upper balcony didn’t have any patio furniture, which would have been nice to enjoy the view. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely dusty, and the linens on one of the beds and the pull-out sofa were dirty upon arrival. When I inquired about the linens, the host was slow to respond. With better attention to cleanliness, faster communication, and a few small upgrades, this property could be an excellent stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this Airbnb was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Additionally, the floors were noticeably dirty upon arrival, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the space. The beds were also much smaller than advertised, making them uncomfortable and impractical for adult guests. In addition, there were no basic essentials provided. We were not given any toilet paper or paper towels, and other necessary items were also missing. For a listing that claims to be guest-ready, this was unacceptable. Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves both the cleanliness and the quality of basic amenities moving forward.

Hello Jagroop, thank you for your feedback. We wish you would have made us aware of these issues during your stay as we could have quickly addressed them. You did not. The owner of this townhome is extremely responsive and wants his guests to be comfortable, and would move swiftly in order to do just that. In regard to paper products, had you read the Digital Guidebook, Property Description, or Arrival Emails sent to you long before your arrival date, you would have known that paper products are a guest responsibility and to make sure you had that with you upon arrival. Also note, bed sizes are exactly what is advertised, so not exactly sure what is meant by that. Again, we thank you for your feedback and wish that you would have reached out during your stay. Nice location and close to the beach. I wished 14th Street was a straight run to the beach instead of having to go to 15th or 12th to get to beach. It was a hard go with baby twins having to go 12th and or 15th. Lovely place but hard to stay relaxed when you have to look out for ants day and night. I left a note on the table to let you know there were ants in the middle bathroom, back/kitchen double doors, and a lot of ants by the window where the trees are. My granddaughter can spot an ant a mile away and all she kept talking about were ants in the lovely townhouse instead of about a fun vacation. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, and would give the location 4 stars and the townhouse 3 stars because of the ants. If there were no ants the townhouse would have received 5 stars.

Didn’t have the wifi for entirely of stay, the password given to us was wrong. Which means we were unable to utilize any of the tvs. Upstairs TVs missing remote controls so couldn’t even screen mirror to use. Things were already broken middle floor bathrooms cabinets broken, queen sized bedroom in the middle had broken shades. Although the living room sofa is advertised as a bed we were only given sheets for it, no blanket. Also no basic needs provided like toilet paper or trash bags. For the price these issues I discussed should not have been an issue. We attempted to get the WiFi password property manager, no reply. Disappointing stay considering the price. Benefits included location.
